"Diese Lodge hatte bestimmt schon bessere Zeiten! Die Zimmer waren recht einfach gehalten, genau wie das Frühstück! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Gästen Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen! Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Wasser hatten! Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei! "This property consists of 3 relatively new cabins located inside a secure gate beside to the main road that circles the beautiful Orosí valley. The cabins are surrounded by greenery including a giant stand of bamboo and orange trees from the family’s orchard, which smell delightful! The road is quite busy during the day but very quiet at night and we had no difficulty sleeping. The cabins themselves block most of the outside sound. "I hate to give any negative review because they people there are great people. Very nice staff and beautiful grounds with lots of vegetation. The room though is pretty basic and tried to have a fireplace but the smoke kept blowing into the room and then all our stuff smelled like smoke. No other source of heat. Could be a wonderful place but needs improvement on the rooms. But again still enjoyed our stay."

"Trogon was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The property and the location was priceless. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help. The cabins were clean and cozy and with the weather it will probably the best sleep you will ever have. The Food is very good plus there are a few other very good options within a couple of KM's.
