"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. "La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. The room was large, clean and had a full kitchen that we used to cook many meals. Julie, the GM, was very attentive and accomodating. "i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "

"Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"The kitchen needs more counter space fpr cooking prep. At least a foldable counter on the side of the stove. Also, the tv did not work. I could not connect to it and it is much too high and far from the bed. "

"The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. "
