"This is our 2nd visit here, it was good but we had a few things to note. No one informed us that the rooftop area would be closed due to maintenance. The shower head needed badly replacing, a fold case holder would be useful. On our 2nd night we had a leak from the room above? Staff on duty at 10.30pm didn't really know what to do? "This is a very nice, clean suite in an idyllic location, friendly staff when you see them and that’s all the positive I can say. For a “Curio Hilton”, the standards were certainly not up to par. The only other high amenity brand hotel was part of a huge resort and as I was solo traveling, I thought at the least this hotel would be the cozy setting I needed and even opted for the largest suite.
