Really nice place. We got and extended stay with 6 hours for free. 2 minor things that could be improved. A broom in the room to get away the sand from the floor. 2:nd the air condition turned of itself every 6 hours. A bit anoying in the night. But this are as I wrote, minor things

Location, location, location!

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Most places were easily accessible on foot, and for destinations further away, like San Juan, there was a bus that stopped almost in front of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The condition of the hotel could use some improvement. The elevator malfunctioned almost daily, and there was wear and tear, for example on the doors and the sofa. There were also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but the very friendly staff were helpful with this as well. We are satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely come again.

Great location within a walkable distance to the beach in a very colorful pedestrian boulevard. The apartment is comfortable and has a good kitchen. A major supermarket is approx 5 min walking. It has a pool at the roof top. Very friendly staff.

Had a fabulous week. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Loved the roof top pool. Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Only downside was we stayed a week and didnā€™t get the promised clean half way through so ended up washing the towels etc ourselves.

Noise from building work near bye. Apartment needs more cooking pots and pans and should at least supply a few black bags. The lady from the office was very helpful.We had a lovely holiday .

Lovely stay but checkin issues

Lovely room very clean modern apartment and a great stay, though check in was disappointing. Did contact the Apt prior to going, reception open from 10 but there is no reception, door to apartment entrance locked and required a pin to get in, eventually someone did turn up after a time trying to get in, just about to phone and someone arrived. Only glitch of the holiday and the rest was very enjoyable

We had a terrible experience with this Hostel. It is a Hostel, not a Hotel. Sewer and cloak smell in room. Very noisy outside during night. Rude communication from staff after we complained. They gave us updated, but we demanded refund for one night. Tried to blame us for braking things in room. We feel really bad treated due the communication. And we will be taking things further. Only one thing good.. location, We were family with 2 children

I really don't have the words. have stayed in many places in Alicante but this is definitely my top 1. The location is great. You can be on the beach, eateries, supermarket, boulevard in no time. The apartments are great. I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, so it was very spacious. A rear and front balcony. You could use the washing machine and dryer. And not to forget Rocio, you are truly an example to others of how to deal with guests. Thanks for everything!

Great property in a great location, right in the centre of Alicante. Close to loads of restaurants and also a supermarket for groceries. We had the Premium Studio with terrace on the second floor. The double glazing meant the noise level from outside was fine. We also got sub beds everyone we went to the roof terrace. The pool area was ideal and a real benefit of the place. It was terrific. Be sure to ask for blue swimming towels. The studio had everything we needed for two weeks and the cleaning was good - not as frequent as a hotel but fine. The aircon was a good benefit, although I think it needs a service. The manager is addressing that point. I would certainly recommend this place.

Lovely little apartment with all the facilities youā€™d need. Beach umbrellas and toys, in the lobby, was a particularly handy touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa bed was excellent. The location is fantastic. Couldnā€™t be better placed for access to 100s of restaurants and bars. The beach and harbour are only a few minutes away. Everything felt extremely safe

We had a great 10 night stay here with my family. Pool is such a bonus and location to beach and restaurants is great. Really nice to be able to borrow beach stuff and air con is good quality. Being so central you do hear noise at night, but this has to be a given for such a central location. We would stay again.
