"The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL"
