"It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four.
Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board.
Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. "
"Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great.
Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. "
"The hotel is anazing so spacious , the room is normal size but value fir money with safebox coffee maker. A fantastic buffet breakfast included with the price. Walking distance to shop and ferries and a great disco"
"Very cosy Deluxe room with windows overlooking the "Beverly Hills" of Batam (Sukajadi area) and surrounded by a few hipster cafe and Hawker food stall around the buildings - Bright new concept lay out room (Not the old fashion type) - Clean with strong Wifi and good Air-con flow - Spacey toilet with Hot and Cold shower - Moderate water flow from the big head shower - Would be complete if they could provide a small refrigerator in the room."

"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...
"We had a wonderful stay with a complimentary upgrade to the Studio Executive Room in celebration of my husband’s birthday. The thoughtful room decoration and birthday cake were a lovely touch. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located right next to Grand Batam Mall—making shopping and dining extremely convenient"
