"We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms."

"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...
