"Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great.
Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. "

Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board.
Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. "

"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Property was under renovation so it was a bit dusty and noisy. We paid for breakfast but the breakfast offered was packed rice and snacks bought from outside. We felt cheated. We would prefer buying our own breakfast from shopping mall because it would have cost us lesser than what we had paid to the hotel. There was no kitchen at the "restaurant ".
Property was in gated compound so that was a good point.
Overall, it could have been a better place to stay if they look at offering a better...
