When we try to check in it was midnight, the code didn't work and no one was there to assist, i call a number i saw,he give another code it didn't work either, so we had to rent a place across the street for the night, when i told the guy i spoke to he told me he would send someone the morning to fix the problem and refund us for the night, now they refuse to give me my money back and having bad attitude and the phone.
