"The whole atmosphere and jungle setting Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher."

"The rooms and surroundings were clean. The staff was very hospitable. There was a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Tbe breakfast buffet was pretty good."

"Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later."

"Sehr schön gelegen und gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Frühstück ist okay. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann von dort aus sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Was für uns sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war, wenn man am Pool Handtücher bekommen möchte, muss man den Reisepass oder die Cédula hinterlegen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Vielleicht könnten im Zimmer mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sonst ist es empfehlenswert."

"I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available."

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price"

"Overnighted here twice. Great location if you want or need to be close to the airport. Nice rooms. Good shuttle, although not always convenient since it only runs once per hour."

"Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are large and clean. Only thing I would have liked that was not there was a fridge. We were able to store our luggage for the day to explore and when we returned the free shuttle to the airport was quick. The hotel is close to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Panamá City. If you are hoping to explore the city it may not be the property you want to stay at unless you are willing to Uber to downtown."
