We stay here all the time when we come up for my transplant appointments at Stanford. Clean and the staff are very nice every time. Location and pricing is a steal for the area. Always will recommend :)

The staff was very friendly. There is no continental breakfast but they did provide water, danish, and coffee maker and coffee. Nice clean room and for the price I would stay there again.

I've been taking my son to the Children's Hospital, and I've been really impressed with the experience. They often have wonderful deals, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. What touched me the most was when we arrived; the first thing one of the staff members asked was how my day was. It really made me feel supported during a challenging time.

This was our first stay here. Being a Stanford patient sometimes hotels can be so expensive in Palo Alto. Well now we have found a new hotel we will be staying at. This one!! Staff was super nice, welcoming, informative. Thank you for a nice stay.

Very clean comfortable room and the room did not have that strong disinfected odor. The light on the desk just stopped working and the toilet did not refill automatically. I had to open the tank and get it started a number of times.

So-so…..

The staff is amazing and super friendly. We got a room with a queen size bed…and the bed took up almost the whole room. It was a very TINY room. Like hard to move around tiny. The bed was very comfortable. The tv we never got to work. The bathroom is small but the shower was amazing! Had great water pressure in the shower…was awesome! There were no hangers in the closet, we had an ironing board but no iron and the bedding had quite the stain on the cover. The bathtub had dust on the rim. We didn’t complain because our room was cheap. We were in town for a medical appt and literally just needed the room to sleep in. But I will not go this budget ever again. Our room was right off the major portion of the parking lot and it was very loud out there. Finally got some sleep around 2 am. Just know you’re truly getting what you pay for. If you’re ok with that, then this is the place for you. Oh, the heater worked great.

Great little find & Price.

Great lil find! We came down for my GDs Dr. appointment @ Stanford, very close to hospital a couple miles & reasonably priced. Room was clean , comfortable & property was quiet. There were a couple waters, juices & pastries in the room. Check-in was easy , staff & Housekeeping were super friendly. We will definitely stay here for future Dr. Appointments. Thank you .

This hotel was good value, clean and convenient. Check in/out were friendly and efficient. We needed a room with two beds and this place had it at a reasonable price.
