"The front desk attendant was horrible…made us wait 5 minutes while he was doing paperwork…mind you this was at 12:30 am so quite frustrating at the end of the day after long travel…then when we checked in he tried to put us in a double room and I had to tell him we paid for and reserved a high floor ..."
