Place was modern and clean with all the facilities needed. Even though right on the main access road, it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, spa bath was amazing. Two minute drive to centre of town. The host was friendly and helpful. Stayed four nights and would definitely stay again.

This accommodation is a hidden jewel and I would happily recommend this place to others. It is super clean, comfortable, warm, safe, modern and a perfect place to unwind. The owners are wonderful people and we felt very welcomed when we first arrived to check-in. We will definitely be using this accomodation in the future if we are back in Palmerston North, it really is top notch!

The property was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The manager was very helpful and pleasant. The only negative for me was that the spa bath was vey big and didn't have many grab rails, so I didn't feel safe getting into it.

This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. They have thought of everything and provided it. Lovely bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. The shower is great, the spa is one of the best and there are no leaks! And the people running it are friendly, pleasant and extremely efficient.

This is the absolute BEST place to stay in Palmerston North - actually it's the best anywhere, and I have tried a lot of places around the North Island. Spotlessly clean, hosts are super lovely, and the rooms have everything you need.
