The location is great and the staff goes out of their way to help the guests. The cathedral and bars and restaurants are all walking distance from the property. Numerous beaches and coves are a comfortable 30-45 minute drive from the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and plan to be back. Word of caution: Some of the roads leading up to the property are very narrow - so, if you plan to rent a car, go with smaller car.

Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Schön die Palazzo-Atmosphäre (Architektonisch und einrichtungsmässig).Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig, zum Atrium hin gelegen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Konzeptionsbedingt kann manches nicht geboten werden, wie z.B. eine Hotelbar. Es gibt kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie ein klappriger Aufzug und eine wackelnde Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

It was alright , good location. Heart of palma , close to everything . However very disappointing that water bottles were not provided even though concierge said we would get one complimentary bottle per day . Some days they forgot to give us , when I asked for it , they billed it to the room .
