We stayed only 3 nights. Nice and clean room with a wide terrace and very comfy beds. Small pool but with enough sunbeds and pool towels (€10each refundable deposit, cash). Nice not-so-big restaurant, with a good selection of breakfast (also gluten-free). Friendly staff and always welcoming. We checked out very early and received a packed breakfast (sandwiches, even gluten-free, biscuits, fruits, water and orange juice). Small gym, next to the reception.

Lovely central Hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights .lovely hotel very clean .all staff were very helpful and friendly .hotel is very central to everything .few mins walk to the beach and bus to Palma centre only €2 .lots of choice for breakfast .air con wasn’t on when I was there so the room was very warm .the pillows aren’t very comfortable.no tea or coffee in the room but kettle was available from reception.shower was available after check out if you needed to freshen up which was good .bus to airport 2mins walk only €5 about 15 mins travel time .

The whole hotel has a great Vibe, looks good, is quiet, has a pool, a few paid places for parking, the breakfast has a huge Variety and it tastes very good, and it also has a small gym. I would give it a 4/5 Rating. 5/5 is not deserved because of the Roomservice. I had a few Hairs mostly at the Bathroom and asked if they could take care of it. But nothing happened even if they told me they are gonna clean it. That was kinda disappointing because the hotel made a very good impression to me

Nice clean hotel. Room was a bit smal but had refrigirator and a silent efficient ac. Had half board which i regret, the food choices wasn't great. Specially the dinner choices, breakfast was ok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great short stay at the hotel as a family. The location was perfect and quiet even though it was just a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and promenade full of lovely restaurants and little tourist shops, a really nice vibe with gorgeous evening sunsets. Also a couple of little supermarkets a couple of minutes away to pick up some water and snacks. The local area felt really safe and never saw any trouble. The staff were all friendly and it was really helpful having a bag storage and shower room so we could enjoy our last day before the later flight home. Local taxis were really reasonably priced and half the price quoted by the uber app. We are already planning when we can return!

Vi stannade bara en kort tid på Cactus men vi blev vänligt bemötta av all personal på hotellet. Sängarna var ok och likaså kuddarna. Mycket bra a/c. Frukosten var ok. Läget var också ok nära stranden och olika restauranger. Trevligt med en lite djupare pool även om den inte är så stor. Ett av våra rum var mycket dåligt städat när vi flyttade in. Det fanns svarta långa hår på allt från golv till handdukar och sängkläder. Kändes inte fräscht alls. Vi orkade inte säga till om städningen eftersom vi bara stannade en natt men hade vi stannat längre så hade vi bett om uppfräschning. Obs! Lyhört på hotellet - ta med öronproppar.
