The breakfast was cold every day. Only 1 day they bought out gluten free bread that you needed to ask for the other days they said there was none. You didn’t know what you could eat as there were no labels. Bar on the roof ran out of most beers as hotel was closing.

Absolutely amazing! I loved everything about this place: room,staff, facilities, roof top bar with fabulous views, food and drinks, breakfast. One of the best stays I ever had. I'd definitely come back. Javi was such a great barman. Nice, professional,and knowledgeable. I don't know the names of the other staff members but honestly, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Excellent hospitality & dining experience.

I was a solo traveller. The overall experience was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the view of my room wasn't seaside it was pleasant to have a balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom shower is extremely small!!! like a cruise shower or smaller, if you can pay feo premium room No Iron in the room( but you can request one ) Parking is difficult, need to find parking, sometimes 5 or 7 blocks away Staff very nice and friendly The Buffet breakfast is very worth it!!!!! Amazing food!! Next time I go to Mallorca I will pay extra money for waterfront room!!!!

Sea view room was far too small with no room either side of the bed. Room smelt of sewerage and reception confirmed that some rooms had the problem because of recent rain. Reception brought a bottle of bathroom cleaner and sprayed in the shower and said to keep the window open. We moved room and issues resolved.

I am strongly against the habit of make reservations for sun beds... we never got to enjoy the roof pool area as there were towerls and books on every sun bed every morning at 8 o'clock- But there was NOBODY in the area... in spite of signs telling that it was not permitted to make reservations! But the food was amazing- we loved it- great restaurant

Our stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing. The room didn’t match our expectations for a 4 star hotel—there was only a single sheet on the bed, with no duvet at all, which made it uncomfortable. The sink drained very slowly, and for two mornings, the water wasn’t working, so we had to wait to shower. The balcony was also a letdown, as it faced a wall just a couple of feet away, making it impossible to enjoy any view or even see much of the sky. On the positive side, the pools were nice, the staff was friendly and the location was great, but the issues with the room made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Not a 4 star… barely a 3 star

The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The reception is hidden away and the receptionist was very short. There was a tiny room to change with a shower that didn’t work. The pool had 20 beds maximum for a hotel that has over 200 rooms. The pool bar was unmanned constantly. The room’s bathroom was not clean in the sink and all around it. The view was of a wall 2 yards from the window. Breakfast was good. No facilities to change when leaving. After staying at another HM Hotel in Arsenal last year, we were disappointed beyond words.

The staff at the reception was always very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was due to language barrier a little difficult to communicate with. We had a double room without balcony which was quite small and towels and bathing clothes did not dry. They stayed damp even after a whole night and day on the rack. The rooms may be soundproof but the doors were not. Everything happening on the hallway sounded like it was happening in your room. Both pools were very popular and it was hard to catch a free spot. The sun deck only had one working sun umbrella which was unfortunate during the heat wave of 34 degrees. The breakfast buffet was filled with many different foods and restaurants, shops and supermarkets are very close by. A bus stop can be reached within 5 minutes walk for a ride to Palma (with many more destinations), S‘Arenal and the Airport. Overall it was okay.

The room we got had a terrible smell that came from the drain of the shower, it smell like sewer. The rooms are very small so the smell of the bathroom made the whole room stinky. We reported this to Expedia and the front desk of the hotel. The receptionist wasn’t helpful and her attitude was not friendly or customer service at all. We left the hotel after one night because we couldn’t stand the smell of the room, it made us cough. I asked the receptionist to submit a report and copy me in the email. She didn’t do it. The cleaning team came to the room to take a look, and they agree the room was stinky. We asked Expedia for a refund of the extra nights we were not staying and the hotel refused to give us a refund. It is very frustrating and disappointing that the hotel is not giving us the refund. The reason we left the hotel is because of the room smell like sewer. It is not fair for customers to pay for a hotel to stay and receive a stinky room and poor customer service.

The room I was allocated was no more than a storage room with a shower. I paid €300 for 3 nights. I complained at reception shortly after check in & was told there was nothing they could do that night. I went back at 8am before breakfast and was basically told ‘not our problem, contact hotels.com’ the receptionist was borderline rude. They still insisted that they didn’t have another room to move me to do I requested a refund. After over an hour on the phone to hotels.com & then trying to contact the hotel (the phone was literally ringing as I was stood there & I was telling them it’s hotels.com) they didn’t bother to answer it. I eventually got to downs to a manager after 11am who stood there & said nothing. No apology from him or the receptionist, just a blank face. He eventually agreed to refund 2 nights instead of the 3 I paid for. I’ve never been to this side of the island before & I’ve got to say it tainted my love for Majorca. I visited 3 times last year & 3 times this year, I’ve never known such horrible customer service, rude and no empathy whatsoever. I’ll stick to my usual resort in the future! Single bed facing a door, no balcony just a window where there was no privacy as private flats were facing. NOT worth €100 per night! It was basically a storage room with a bed thrown in it. Shouldn’t even be sold as a room.

Nous avons été très désagréablement surpris d’apprendre, à notre arrivée, que notre hôtel fermait 2 jours plus tard. Nous ne pouvions donc pas y dormir pour notre dernière nuit. Le réceptionniste nous a dit l’avoir appris la veille. Nous avons donc été transférés dans un autre hôtel de la même chaîne. Cet autre hôtel était de catégorie supérieure apparemment mais ne correspondait pas à notre choix d’emplacement de départ. C’est donc une déception !
