It’s in many ways an idea hotel close to the beach and a huge shopping centre and with a great 45min walk to Palma centre. And the breakfast is superb! Also a very friendly staff -except for the cleaning personnel, who must have had a very bad week, while we were there

Nice studio room had everything we needed. Shopping centre and restaurant's about 15 min walk away. Bus stop couple of mins walk from hotel to get into Palma town. Only 2 euros for a single ticket.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious! The pool was great. We had parking on the property it was super convenient (€10/night). We walked to great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car because it’s outside of Palma.

Was a fantastically clean hotel and the receptionists were great. Helped us with our questions quickly and easily. Note is up a hill but manageable also bus stop is super close by. Easy check in and out.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beds made every day. New towels every day if required. Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porto Pi shopping centre near to the cruise ships and ferries. 45 minutes walk to the cathedral and old town but a taxi will get you there in minutes. Excellent all round.

The hotel is new, so all the areas are very well preserved and clean. The room was big and comfortable . Loved the full lengh mirror in the bedroom. It could have a microwave and a kettle. The pool was beautiful, but you can only be inside up to 7pm, which is not nice for the summer season (up to 9 would be perfect). The gym is small, but really good. The guys in the reception are very gentle. Overall, my stay was good, but its position up the hill made the accesss a bit difficult.

Nice modern decoration. Clean and comfortable room. Location is near other hotels, but a little far from city attractions. Limited parking available. No services available after certain hours. No room service at any time of the day. Reception staff was very nice and willing to help, but restaurant people were kind of rude.

Very clean hotel with nice pool area.

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area with drinks and food available. Location of the hotel was on quite a steep hill and a good 10/15 bus ride into palma and a 10 min walk to the port area. Some of the staff were very nice at the hotel, a lot more approachable than others. We liked that it was situated out of the city centre but if you're mobility isn't too good it may be difficult.
