"The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. "

The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The staff were really nice and knowledgeable. They have happy hour 730-9pm for free every day as complementary. You just need a coupon from the front desk. Their breakfast is not the best. They don’t really have any options. It’s just waffles, bread, eggs, coffee and juice every day. The location is convenient. It’s close to downtown and excursions ports."

"The resort is fine, crowded and a bit overpriced for what it is but overall okay. My complaint is about hotel management and security not following up with an attempted assault that happened on property. They downplayed and did not take this seriously. I filed a report and was never given any follow up."
