"I never made it inside 😩 first of all there were drug dealers and crack heads all around 😳 then I had so much trouble with the contactless process to get in the room and calling the manager for help was no help I explained to her the link was was not allowing me to add a picture ID I even gave her a middle ground and offered to send the picture to her and that wasn't good enough for her either I just wanted to lay my head down after a long travel I payed the deposit n the room fee and I have yet to get my deposit back I even told her I don't care about the room fee since I can only get back the deposit I ended up getting a lift down town it was contactless also but with less hassle 😅 😴💤 fyi still waiting on my Refund "
"Really nice hotel. The standard room was large with a balcony and the pool and fitness area are great. Bradley was extremely kind went out of his way to be helpful. "
"Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service breakfast order came late, and the order was incorrect. We had to go down to the lobby to correct the order as no one was answering the phone. On the positive side, service at the garden bar, Taaza, was great; specifically, Feby and Nathan provided excellent service. Also, at AYRE, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Shout out to our server Troy, who was knowledgeable and fantastic. Also, in the middle of brunch hour, there were at least 6 people standing around the lobby and restaurant entrance, cleaning the floors and disrupting the flow for no obvious reason. Overall, the property was very nice, but the service really needs improvement. "

10/10 Excellent
"Wish we could have stayed longer! Our ocean view room was perfect for our needs, and we so appreciated a dog-friendly property.
Whitney at check-in was helpful and so kind. (And we had a great check-out too!) The entire property is staffed with friendly people."
