There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again.

This rental appears decent on the outside. It is right behind the ocean condos. Once you get inside it’s bare necessities. We had to flip the breaker in order to turn off fan or AC unit. No communication once checked in. Drug activity and please visit to the property made me feel very unsafe. Stay away.

Adam was vey responsive at first but when I told him the place was dirty had broken glass on floor and had roaches the dishes were dirty and put in the cupboard I got no response but luckily the cleaning lady showed up to verify everything even if it wasn’t for me but the guest in the next room who was having the same issue

We were moved to another property because of the horrible conditions of the first one. This one was better than the other but it was just ok, not luxury in any possible way as they advertirse and show on the descriprions and photos. My family and i had such a dissapointed time after driving for 1 hour and half to find with such a thing.

A nice location just a short walk from the beach and a short dive from the Blue Heron Bridge park and dive site. I highly recommend this place as a reasonably priced location on Singer Island

The adjoining apartment had parties with more than 20 people. My first night they partied until 4am then started back the next morning at 11am. Loud music and people screaming all day and night inside the apartment and in the shared pool. I stayed 2 of 6 nights. We just couldn’t take the sleepless nights. We got another hotel down the street. The owner responded to one of my many messages and never offered a partial refund. My vacation was ruined.

Stay away

Buyer beware. False advertising. Pictures are actually the Marriott across the street. I rented a place for 3. Upon arrival we were greeted by a heavy smell of cigarette and the noice of an AC working very hard but the temperature was uncomfortable high. We rented a unit for 3 but there is only space for two. No way to accommodate 3. Tried to use the bathroom and a 2 inch cockroach was walking around in the shower. Contacted the phone they sent for the self check in and they promised full refund but now they have declined to send back the $100 they request via cash app

I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else.

The property was in a good location and clean upon arrival. While the conditions weren't horrible a few things could be improved upon to make the experience more comfortable for guests. The futon was small and the only option for seating other than a beach chair in the closet. I only had 3 people in the room and had to use the beach chair for extra seating. The futon had a broken leg so it sat at a slant. This was also one of the options for sleeping which made for a less than comfortable sleeping experience for who ended up there. The bed wasn't the best but way better than the futon option. There was a full kitchen and some pots and pans but nothing to cook with for the oven. There were no extra trash bags and no soap to wash dishes. Other reviews said there was only an air conditioner in the bedroom. This was true but it cooled the living room off fairly well but only as long as the bedroom door was left open. If you are only staying one night these things could be looked over to a certain degree but after a week long stay I was happy to be able to sit in regular furniture. The owner was polite when we called to check-in and later on in the trip about an internet outage but doesn't respond by text very well. Suggestions would be at minimum.to fix broken furniture and provide the basics for the kitchen, and have enough/better seating for guests.

Unit a/c is only in bedroom and the rest stay piping hot !! Mgr promised copy of receipt for clean fee and never sent after various promises Not enough towels and sheets for a long weekend Avoid if possible this place as it’s not good and in area of high end rentals !! not recommended

Not bad but not the best

The stay wasnt overall bad, the only AC unit in the room was in the bedroom so the living room area was warm. The fan in living room area did not work and when I called front desk to fix it, no one came. Bed was too creaky and hard and the air mattress kept deflating.

Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too.

Disappointing and Unsafe Stay – Relocated, Unclean

Our experience was far from what we expected. Before arriving, we were relocated to a different building in a noticeably less safe and rundown area—nowhere near the original location we specifically booked to be close to family staying at a Marriott across the street. Instead of walking, we had to drive each day, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The unit itself was in poor condition. The WiFi password provided never worked, we found roaches in the pull-out couch, and there were food remnants and personal items left from a previous guest, indicating it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Between the unsanitary conditions and the unsafe surroundings, we decided to leave earlier than planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The entire villa smells so bad like Marijuana and we couldnt get rid of the smell. we bought a spray and it doesn't even cover it. we had a woman banging on the door and window at 3:50 in the morning, yelling to open the door then screamed and ran away. The mattresses/boxsprings are filthy and stained (I took pictures if you would like proof). I'm not one to ever complain but this is crazy. You have to walk through one bedroom in order to get to the other bedroom so there's no privacy. When calling the phone number to pay the final cleaning fee they (twice) tried to charge me more when both my contract and my booking app both state a different cost.

The place was okay overall — clean and in a great location. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The appliances were outdated, and there was a noticeable lack of storage space. There weren’t enough drawers for clothing or personal items. The water pressure was very low, making showers inconvenient and frustrating. One of the biggest issues was the ironing situation: the unit only had a very small, college-sized ironing board, which was completely unsuitable for properly ironing shirts or clothing for a long-term stay. The board was in terrible condition — worn out, with no padding — making it practically unusable. When I reached out to the host about this, I was told that a replacement would be ordered, but it wouldn’t arrive until after my checkout date, which didn’t help during my stay. In summary: great location and cleanliness, but several basic amenities were lacking or in poor condition, making it difficult for extended stays or business travel.

The area is not very good, I felt that I was putting my family in a not very quiet neighborhood, there was a party in the building that did not allow us to park on the property and access to the apartment was inaccessible to the members of the party, the smell of marijuana hovered all around, I sent a message to the owner of the rental at that time, I did not receive an answer until after more than 12 hours. At last I had to look for another place to be with my family where my family was not exposed.

Ok for 1 night but the bed and pillows are terrible. Truly terrible. The toilet flushes sometimes. There are a few mix and match dishes. Location is good.
