"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant—the views, atmosphere, and food were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very disappointing stay — not worth the price
This was the most disappointing hotel of our two-week trip around Sicily. We chose it for its location near Palermo’s historic district, but unfortunately the service and room did not come close to matching the price.

"We selected this property due to the excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping and the cathedral. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this property.
Alin was helpful getting us to our fourth floor room and acclimating us with the hotel. Our room was 50 steps up in the hotel does not have an elevator. FYI.
There is a lot of noise outside of the hotel, if your room faces the street.
We had daily bedding but no new towels or housekeeping the entire three days we were there....

"The young lady who is the manager (sorry, I am very bad at remembering names) but she was exceptionally kind, informative, and helpful, She provided a map, gave me some useful info to get around the area and also, provided the breakfast ticket for the next day; however, I missed it due to my very early flight.
