This boutique hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Palermo’s historic center! The staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive. I especially appreciated the thoughtful handwritten welcome note in our room, a lovely personal touch that made us feel right at home. The housekeeping team also does an excellent job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless and well-maintained. Best of all, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Palermo’s main attractions, historic sites, and wonderful restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo!

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay.

★★★★★ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Arone dei Baroni di Valentino. The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were just as immaculate and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Francesco. He went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience feel so personal and special. He is a huge part of what made our time in Palermo so memorable. Breakfast was also incredible, with so many delicious, fresh options each morning. Everything about the property felt thoughtful, comfortable, and exceptionally well cared for. We honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would absolutely stay here again and already look forward to coming back. If you’re visiting Palermo, this is a truly special place—and Francesco makes it even more exceptional. ❤️

Beautiful palace converted to Rental in the heart of the city, walkable to all the main attractions very helpful staff always available to answer questions and help with restaurant bookings and activities. Long flight of stairs, but they help with all the baggage and they help with car parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was the perfect place to stay for my first trip to Palermo. The location was walking distance to the best attractions, shopping, and restaurants in the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every regard. The room included a wonderful breakfast which was a great way to begin each day. The hotel is unique in that it is owned by a baronness who has remodeled a portion of her palace as a hotel. I would not hesitate to return here. There are also great options here for families or couples traveling together…or a great girls’ trip.

The staffs were very helpful and attentive. Lots and lots of stairs to reach the apartment. I asked them to carry all our suitcases up to the flat. Issues with hot water but resolved next day. Very noisy from the street at early morning. Apartment condition was ok not great definitely not worth the money.😞

This property is in a great location. Sara could not be more helpful. Young porter who helped us with taking our bags up was great. The property is comfortable, beds great, good heating and aircon. Both showers have pretty bad water pressure and only one had good hot water. The other was only warm. The apartment needs a refurb. It’s not bad, it’s just not up to the standard the pictures show. Lastly the stairs. If you have the slightest problem with steep stairs this is not for you. That’s not the properties fault. It just is what it is. Final final note. A toaster would be a good addition.
