"Nice place"

"Adequate for a short stay. There are two steep flights of stairs and no lift."

"The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication."

"Palazzo Pantaleo is a well kept bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by Giuseppe who was very nice and attentive to our needs while staying in Palermo. The room itself was clean, large, baby friendly (they gave us a crib), had lots of storage space and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast included with our stay delicious and had good variety. Giuseppe and Dario were very helpful in arranging transportation for us to get to where we needed to go. All...

"I really loved this place. The room was a cross between an elegant hotel room in a classic hotel to a guest room in a villa. This place has true, old school vibes while being perfectly modern in all amenities. The location is perfect. Two minor cautions. First, must be able to carry your bag up stairs and not be uncomfortable climbing them to get to your room. Second, make sure you get check in directions because the desk isn’t staffed outside their listed hours. I hope to come back because I...

"From the outside the property is far from impressive down a not so clean side road [ mind you most property is uncared on the outside in Sicily ] However the inside was immaculate. The landlady was very welcoming and went out of her way to help."

"Tutto perfetto! Ci ritornerò sicuro :)"

"The hotel staffs are super helpful. We enjoyed the stay, convenience, wonderful scenery here"
