"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return...

"I’ve stayed in several places and several areas in Rome and this one is very convenient and pleasant. Lovely updated spacious room I stayed in. Busy street in front but the rooms are sound proof enough from traffic. It is a 4 bedroom guest house not a hotel but there is super helpful staff at the front desk during the day for all the help you could need and more including plenty of advice on sites and food. They provided an early check in for me as it was available and watched my bags for me...

"Martina was very responsive and communicated via email about our arrival and early check in. She even gave us pricing for transfers should we need it. The location was perfect. Right across from Cesar’s Monument and the Cat sanctuary. Walked very late at night and felt completely safe. The room was perfect and smelled so good! They even had amenities in the bathroom. Very spacious. We had three people and they did charge us extra for the third person. Loved the location and customer service...
