"This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

"I liked the breakfast which was included. The room was small, I expected two full size beds but it was 1 full size bed and a twin bed."

"Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too."

"Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo."

"​The location is fantastic, very close to the Colonial Zone. There is parking available on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, though you can also park on the side of the street. ​Check-in was super fast, and they did require our IDs upon arrival. The AC in our original room wasn't working, but the host and staff were very kind and thoughtful—they immediately switched us to another room. We did notice there was only one towel for the two of us at first, but they provided a second...

"The property was very clean. The apartment was just great. We had a tv in the bedroom and the living room on the 7th floor. Pool and gym on top floor/roof was nice. The menu for breakfast could be varied. Eggs for breakfast most mornings but we found cereal and a ripe bamana every morning to spice up breakfast. I would recommend more friut options for breakfast. The location was close to everywhere in Santo Domingo that we desired to visit. We could change dollars at the casino across the road...

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff, location, and overall experience were great. My only complaint is that the TVs are outdated—they aren’t smart TVs, which was disappointing. For the price they charge, I think the hotel should invest in updating the TVs and technology to match today’s standards. Adding smart TVs would make the guest experience even better."
