The apartment was clean and well kept. The grounds were secure and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast included was a big plus. The top floor pool and view were extraordinary.

My first experience in Santo Domingo, staff is very friendly, property quite clean (not the terrace outside) eating around is limited, there is a small restaurant at the building but very basic. Overall good experience, I'll be back

Fine for a night. Too understaffed though.

It's severely understaffed, sauna services are not punctual and some of the facilities need maintenance. Other than that it's clean enough, it's confortable and the amenities are very good.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOTELS

So far this was my favorite hotel simply because they have a way that you can cook your own meals with gas stoves. It's a hotel that's more like an apartment. The staff is very friendly if you present yourself as friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an ocean view! There is a beautiful city view from the rooftop pool. We only stayed one night as planned but would stay again. There is an elevator!
