However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. "Room was clean but definitely needs a bit more thorough cleaning if it’s an actual 4 star hotel. Vents were covered in dust and the floors were sticky. Elevator was also covered in fingerprints. We also had loud guests wandering around late at night. Needed more available bath towels. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Really convenient location close to SM North Edsa and Trinoma."
