Ren at the front desk was pleasantly cheerful, kind and firm about about finishing our check-in when a woman blew in the door, barged up to the counter and proceeded to bark orders at Ren who calmly said,” I’ll be with you as soon as I finish with this customer”, at least four times. Ren stayed calm.
