Only downside was the compulsory $35 US per day charge for 'amenities'. Have never been charged that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Should have been notified when the room was booked."

"The front desk team of Lionel and Isaac were very friendly and accommodating. Our check-in process was quick and easy. Our room, 211, wasn’t in the best location though as it was on the same level as the roof of the annexed building. It was clean and neat so we were happy with it."

"Room had a sofa bed, totally unusable as metal springs visible. Called front desk, they sent 3" foam pad and mattress cover which was dusty and who knows where it had been stored. Chose to close the sofa and sleep on top of the cushions instead. Asked about their 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund policy and was informed that since I had booked through Expedia I would need to contact them for a refund."
