"This place is so cozy with the fireplace in our room. We loved walking across the street to the beach. Along the way, deer and wild turkeys were walking around and you could hear the waves all the way in our upstairs suite. The staff were very welcoming and little Mike too! They were gracious with “grab and go” treats daily. We will definitely come back when we visit Northern California again!"

"Only complaint is very low water pressure in the shower. very upscale nice hotel. Keep that in mind."

"Susie at the front desk was super efficient, my only suggestion would be to swap out the Folgers coffee with something a bit stronger and a small bite of anything ( Costco Madeline or half a muffin maybe ) would go a long ways to making this a perfect stay."

A three burner electric stove was pushed right up to an outlet so the pans threatened to ignite the items like the microwave cord. We are cooks and enjoy making dinner in our room. I bought a big pan since the ones provided were...

"I searched on Expedia for a 3 star hotel near Monterey California for two rooms. Up popped the Olympia Lodge with wonderful well lit photos and a bottle of wine and cheese plate. It was just what I wanted for two couples visiting the area. I know there is a broad range of what is considered a three star hotel. Olympia Lodge is a 1-2 star property that might have been 3 stars 15 years ago , but it is a bit run down. The front desk left before I arrived at 7 pm and arrived back around 7:30 am in...
