"The Merritt House Hotel was beautiful and quaint. The employees were very cordial. The rooms were gorgeous. The seagulls do not sleep. The fireplace and skylight put a beautiful touch on the room as well. We could have used a microwave in the room but we loved it."

"Clean and friendly reception. The tv channels said they wouldn’t load and we were going to bed soon so we didn’t bother asking for help. And the planes flying over head are incredibly loud. It sounds like fighter jets about to crash into the building. All day and night. I am not exaggerating. I didn’t fault the hotel for that in my review as I’m sure every hotel in the area is getting this sound too. "
