They said it will be reimbursed after 10days but it’s been more than that and they don’t even know what those charges are for."

"The elevator goes to the third floor but when you get off the elevator, it’s half a level higher than your floor. You have to use the stairs to get to your room! The building needs update. It looks like a fire hazard!"
