"What a great location! It was very hot and even without AC we were comfortable as the fan provided was quiet and effective. The only reason it didn't get all 5 stars are the steps needed to climb to get into the hotel. That said it is Oxford and we hope to stay there again."

"A really nice place to stay with a good morning breakfast and onsite parking. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you may wish to request a room on the ground floor or perhaps the next floor up. My wife is 76 and I am 78 and we found it difficult to carry our heavy suitcases up to the top floor especially as you need to negotiate a tight corner in the staircase. This is a really nice place to stay and it has a nice backyard with seating areas."

Extremely small room, no facilities whatsoever, for example to make a cup of tea (if you want some hot water to make yourself a cup of tea, you need to pay £1 per cup from a machine at reception (coffees etc are £2.50).
