Good location, clean rooms and comfy bed. Nice to have aircon in the best of summer. Rooms are very quiet and the blockout blinds are welcome. Good shower too.
Great location and friendly staff! Unfortunately, the two nights I was here the elevator was broken and the hallway carpet near my room was waterlogged and had an unpleasant odor. I alerted the front desk to the flooding and they said they were aware, but at least for the time I was there, I saw no attempt to deal with the water.
We appreciated the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to all landmarks, convenient to the Danish Bakery across the street for breakfast and The Castle next door for pub style lunch or dinner. On our last day we just walked a few steps to the Airline Bus stop at Westgate and had an easy ride to Heathrow airport. The room was spacious with nice bed, shower and seating as well as mini-fridge and coffee maker. We'd stay here again!

The staff were excellent, very sweet and friendly.
A central location in Oxford is a plus, but the hotel location immediately adjacent to a hyper-modern shopping mall was unwelcome. Also, parking for the hotel at the mall car park is notably inconvenient and expensive
The elevator was broken during my three-night stay and I was on the fifth floor, counting the American way. It was very hot and when I asked, no one knew when the elevator would be fixed. Since I cancelled another reservation without an elevator to stay here, this was very disappointing and also left me rather worn out as a way to launch my two-week trip. The air conditioning was spotty, clicking off a lot and a staff member said they'd check, but did not. Probably too many stairs to climb. Otherwise, the staff was very nice.
The rooms have air conditioning which is a huge plus, and the location is good. However, this hotel had a lot of other shortcomings. The lift didn’t work during our stay, and the staff often seemed unavailable. The front desk was often unstaffed, especially in the evenings. It was hard to get assistance with anything. Several times instead of being available I saw staff in pairs smoking on the side of the property. The cold water dispenser was empty for a whole day, and when I finally found a staff member she told me”the tap water in the room is safe to drink.” The stairwell had a strange odor as well. Don’t recommend this place at all.
Great location and very quite. You do have to pay for extras like checking in early or fast wifi, but it is at a low price. The staff was friendly and breakfast was really good.

Good location. However, the deep and narrow bathtub is and safe for the senior using.
