"Not good, definitely not even close to worth the inflated fee we were charged. How expedia has this rated so good is a mystery. On par with a red roof or such and a hassle finding it and getting in. No real lobby, through an underground parking garage and a maze."

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ West Springfield
"The staff are nice, and the place is pet friendly. It is close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers. It is hard to find. It is behind a 5 Guys, and there is no sign showing that Red Roof Inn is in the area. Safety of the area is not there. There were people hanging out in the parking lot. ..."
