"The staff was very friendly & welcoming and I was able to check-in early (c. 11am). Room was very large and overlooked the outdoor pool. The temperature was very warm, but after I contacted the front desk, maintenance came to fix. All good!"

"The hotel as a whole was clean, the rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom decent size, with enough towels. The room has a large fridge and microwave, which worked excellently. The common areas were well kept, it seemed like there may have been only 1 elevator in the building. The breakfast was amazing. I was a little thrown by the weekend hours which started later than the weekday hours. Considering the hotels proximity to the airport, I would assume that they would have earlier hours on the weekends. The orange juice was the freshest that I have ever tasted at any hotel. The food was seasoned and plenty of seating. They had coffee available at all times in the lobby. But on our last day, we went down to the lobby for coffee on Monday morning, it had not been brewed. When I asked the front desk clerk, she said she didn't know how to use the new coffee makers. I was a bit frustrated by that. I feel that she could have tried to at least get instructions. Everyone was checking out that morning, and she was waiting until the breakfast staff came at 6 am to have them start brewing the coffee. Hence the 4 stars. I feel that hindered my experience a little bit. "

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed in! The room was not comfortable and dirty. There was all types of repairs that needed to be done. The staff refused to give us extra towels. You Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!"

"The smell of smoke is still present in the hallway and the room. Toliet bowl needs to be scrubbed clean at the rim. Those are sensitive details I cannot overlook. "
