The hotel advertised a roof top bar, this is not the case it’s a terrace with fantastic views but you have to phone reception if you would like a drink so slightly misleading. "Room was beautiful with excellent room darkening curtains, clean bathroom, super comfortable bed, yummy breakfasts either cooked or à la carte, great location yet quiet at night, free snacks and assorted beverages, elevator/lift and wonderful helpful friendly staff. The only thing as of May 23, 2026 to be aware of is St Ursula Street in front of the hotel is completely torn up and impassable to cars for roadwork, which two mornings caused loud noises at 8 am. "Wonderful hotel and it’s spotless. The evening menu was limited as salads finished at 6pm and tables must be booked for refreshments and meals, even for residents. Once we knew the system it was manageable due to brilliant staff."
