"There was power outage, no one called to let. There was no compensation for that. It was an inconvenience I couldn't make any coffee. I couldn't get showered and dressed. Overall, everything else were fine."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable and the washroom was well maintained. A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice though, as we had to head out early and did not have time to sit down in the restaurant. Overall we had a great stay and hats off to the staff!"
