"We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. The Crowne Suite we stayed in kept a moderate temperature (barely needed the heater) and the bathroom floors downstairs were HEATED! They thought of everything! LOVED IT!!"

"Everyone was always so helpful, at any time of the day. There was always someone available. They breakfast was also amazing, there was something different to try every morning with a wonderful view from the rooftop. The room itself was gorgeous, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"

"Clean, artisan decor, huge room. Very friendly welcome and service from Ata. The restaurant staff, especially Hajar, are awesome despite their lack of English language skills. Ata can guide you to the best service and tour providers in Cappadocia - not necessarily the cheapest, just the best."

"Spotless room with amazing view"

"Hotel location is not good in sense of view but it is very practical as starting point for visiting Capadoccia. Parking is available, size good. Reception is efficient & flexible, superior room (2042) was good in terms of size, cleanless, but amenitiess are ruther basic. Towels, bedding are excellent. Breakfast was great untill 16th of Nov. when majority of guests left which affected breakfast veriety and spa funcionality. I eould specially point out chef during breakfast which gladly prepared excellent eggs for us the way we expected up to last day. Weak point is room house keeping which 3 days out of 9 forgott to clean our room ( sign for room cleaning is well made and visible but...). SPA personel is horendeus, terrible in every sence, far far bellow hotel standard ( up to point that 2 "girls" just being "pritty" explained that you can get 1 towel/per person/per day because they don't have towels and that is thrir policy, laughing at our face). First time in my 40+ year of travelling I was insulted this way, such arogance and attitude. Also last 3 days they swiched of finish sauna, stopped heating pool and pool was "rented" yo school kids lessonss so it was not possible to use it. Bit dissapointing."

"It is so important that I adequately express how perfect this stay was. The communication prior to arriving was exceptional and took all the guesswork out of the equation. Arriving at the Shiraz Cave was so exciting when approaching this beautiful place with the many colorful umbrellas adorning the patio leading to our most amazing room/cave that predates Jesus himself. But even more spectacular than all that was the greeting from Berat, the son of the family that owns this slice of heaven. I am not even going to try to put into words the warmth, kindness, and above and beyond service showered upon us. As much as we love being in Turkey, we love the Turkish people even more, and Berat and his family exemplify that many times over. Our room was unique and wonderful in every way. We were only a couple of minute walk from the town center and the castle. Berat helped us with everything about our stay. The breakfast each morning was definitely world-class. Sitting on one of the several patios while having tea or wine was totally peaceful. There are so many more wonderful things we can say about our stay but just know that you will love the experience of staying at the Shiraz Cave. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. "

"Hotel is located at a side of a hill, so shuttle or taxis wont park at the front, you must walk 100mts to get there. The town has just a few options of restaurants and shops. You have to take a taxi to go around, it is easy to get it and not expensive. Uber works. Staff is really gentle and rooms are big, you will really live the turkish culture."
