"I have no words to describe how amazing our stay at this hotel was. I traveled with my family; we were 4 total, and the room was perfect for all of us. We had 3 beds, 2 separate ones and a queen bed. The room's temperature was perfect, and we didn't have to turn on the AC or the heater. Osman was our host, and he was not only very polite but very on top of our needs. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious, and we always felt at home. After we finished our tours, he guided us to landmarks we hadn't seen, and our experience in Cappadocia felt well-rounded. My family and I felt like VIPs, and it was very sweet to see that the hotel is family-owned. I will stay at this hotel every time I have the opportunity to return to Cappadocia and will not bother looking at other hotels. A piece of my heart was left there, and I will always recommend it to everyone I know."

"Expansive, yummy breakfast. Immaculately clean rooms. Hotel is absolutely gorgeous with its rooms tucked into the mountainside. So picturesque. The free hot tub, sauna and steam room were a fantastic surprise since the weather in April surprised us with hail and snow. Would absolutely stay here if we come back and can’t recommend it enough. Right in the middle of town so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. "

"Extraordinary hotel, beautifully decorated, fantastic views and location, well and thoughtfully maintained. The staff thought of everything and were very helpful before and during stay. "This family-run hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with exceptionally friendly staff and excellent service. The room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and quality. The generous breakfast was so substantial that lunch was hardly necessary. The view from the rooftop is among the best you could hope for, overlooking the stunning Cappadocia landscape and the volcano in the distance. The sunsets and sunrises provide the perfect setting for relaxation, and in the early morning, you may even catch sight of the hot air balloons drifting across the sky."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's owned by the most lovely family that make you breakfast and coffee/tea every morning. They invite you in like their own. The place was exceptionally clean and whatever we needed they were quick to make sure we had it. Would recommend this place 1000/10. Will be coming back."

"Hotel location is not good in sense of view but it is very practical as starting point for visiting Capadoccia. Parking is available, size good. Reception is efficient & flexible, superior room (2042) was good in terms of size, cleanless, but amenitiess are ruther basic. Towels, bedding are excellent. Breakfast was great untill 16th of Nov. when majority of guests left which affected breakfast veriety and spa funcionality. I eould specially point out chef during breakfast which gladly prepared excellent eggs for us the way we expected up to last day. Weak point is room house keeping which 3 days out of 9 forgott to clean our room ( sign for room cleaning is well made and visible but...). SPA personel is horendeus, terrible in every sence, far far bellow hotel standard ( up to point that 2 "girls" just being "pritty" explained that you can get 1 towel/per person/per day because they don't have towels and that is thrir policy, laughing at our face). First time in my 40+ year of travelling I was insulted this way, such arogance and attitude. Also last 3 days they swiched of finish sauna, stopped heating pool and pool was "rented" yo school kids lessonss so it was not possible to use it. Bit dissapointing."
