4 star staff in a 3 star hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star.

Bel hôtel accueillant pour les familles.

Bon hôtel confortable. Restaurant et petit déjeuner très bien. Parc pour les enfants avec terrain de sport et piscine. Personnel accueillant. Prévoir plus de bornes de recharges pour les VE à un tarif moins élevé.

Rooms are not worth 4 stars, no value for money

Novotel usually stands for consistent quality although without any fantasy. This one is an exception for the worse. Our "superior" room was dated, painted dark green and depressive without sufficient lighting and a view on a deteriorated parking lot. Rain shower was broken, no coffee in the room (only tea). Absolutely the worst value for money in my past 10 years of hotel experience. I assume the only reason why they have 4 stars is because of the swimming pool and the restaurant which probably has a good chef but poor staff (food was good quality but not served warm). There was a smell of waste bins in the garden and from the two EV charging points, one was completely broken down and unusable (the other being occupied continously). Staff was very helpful but absolutely junior both at the reception and in the restaurant.

Great Hotel, shame about the guests!

The stay at the hotel was good. However there was a coach trip from Germany and some of those guests were very rude which affected our visit. It was a great shame. The hotel staff did a great job in trying to handle them.,

Hôtel dans lequel je vais très très souvent mais hélas dès que je réserve via l’application on me donne systématiquement une chambre PMR et surtout celle qui est la plus bruyante à côté des wc de la terrasse ou les gens discutent et boivent un verre. C’est dommage car je trouve que cela ne respecte pas le client.

Accueil très amical

Séjour en groupe avec de très nombreux enfants, très bon accueil du personnel. Les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux et les adultes le salon privé pour la soirée. Emplacement calme et pratique à 10 min du centre-ville d’Orléans

Zimmer sind alle gleich groß , werden aber unterschiedlich angepriesen. Verwahrlostes Hotel, der Garten im miserablen Zustand. Zu wenig Service Personal. Um 7.30 wird man von brüllenden Zimmerfrauen auf dem Flur geweckt.

En términos generales, bastante bien. Mi estancia fue correcta. El único inconveniente fue el desayuno del miércoles 19/04. Fui a las 8h50 cuando se termina a las 10 y no había nada. Estaba todo arrasado. No había agua, ni queso ni nada. Los platos arrasados y sin reponer. Entiendo que quedando una hora de desayuno, debería reponerse. Yo no dije nada, pero a la media hora llegó una pareja que se quejó y entonces sacaron comida, pero en un hotel donde vas a pagar 20€ el desayuno, que ya es una barbaridad, lo mínimo es tenerlo en condiciones. La habitación correcta, sin más. El restaurante por la noche también. Buen aparcamiento.
