Well I did enjoy the house it gave me an my family the room we needed to function in the house . Being a home owner myself there was a few things very noticable that I thought could of been fixed before our stay the shower in master bedroom we did not use ! Water was back flowing up pipes .sink in master bed room left one plug we could not get it to open !! The kitchen sink faucet is not right it moves all over the place an the pool pump never shut off during our stay my wife took the time to clean the pool !! But that's minor to how we enjoyed our stay I'm truly thankful I could bring my family together I travel for work so it was nice thank you !!!

First I think they need to correct the address when your book it this is was the wrong house not like they showed me on the website to far away from I want to stay it make upset because we have to change our plan vacation not spending time driving to get a destination that we wanna go. They lied to us about the house.

THE PICTURE SHOWED A PRIVATE HOUSE WITH A PRIVATE POOL BUT INSTEAD UT WAS A LARGE MULTI FAMILY BUILDING. THE APARTMENT IS OLD AND SMELLED LIKE MOLD , THE COUCHES ARE OLD AND SMELL LIKE OLD . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

The best thing about the property was the pool. Inside...sofa recliner broken, reclining chair broken, missing slats in patio blinds, no blinds worked properly, towels/washcloth in washer/dryer, hair in shower and bed. This property definitely needs attention. Lastly...30+ minutes from attractions and not close to stores.

We pay in full for this rental a little more than 1 month prior to our trip that was as the best accommodation for our group. And 3 days previous to pur arrival, we got a message that they were canceling the rental because oh a house's pipe repair. Also they mentioned were giving us full regund of the charges. Now, 16 days layer still we have not received the refund on the cancelled rental that they did at the very ladt moment. This was very stressful and still does. They have not responded any email message yet either. Service is so bad. We are very unpleasant and feel tricked.

too far from attractions. I was giving an old unit not the one i paid and ask for, i was offered a credit am still waiting on that, no one answer phones at vacation usa i am very disappointed

This is a scam .. they cancelled my booking on the same day from their side claiming that they had a flooding emergency but never mark it as cancelled in expedia .. and never refunded my money.. expedia helpdesk was not helpful on this too as they tried many time to reach the property manager but without any luck .. i will pursue them legally after i finish my trip

Property was too far away from international drive when it was advertised as it was on international drive but property owner does not give you address until you pay in full an absolute rip off after finding out where the property was I had to hire a car because there was no shops or anything at property very very sneaky from property owner so beware lies lies lies to property location location location never again

Little to far and need some TLC

There were tiny little ant like bugs all over the place. Dishwasher didnā€™t work and many outlets didnā€™t work, the pool wasnā€™t very clean. The pump only ran maybe once a dayā€¦ had bugs all on top and a worm in itā€¦ we didnā€™t use the pool, we turned the pump on while we left to hopefully get it clean so we could but someone turned it off while we were goneā€¦ we slept good and felt at home but the property was still to far from Orlando with all the trafficā€¦ it took about 45 minutes stuck in traffic.

There was a hole in the wall next to the light socket in the kitchen and the couch had stains on it writing on the walls in varies areas. mildew in the master bedroom shower. i dont know what was going on with fridge ice maker so i went out and bought a bag of ice. one the TVs did not work.

There was supposed to be a grill and there wasn't. The a/c wasn't working until late Saturday night when someone came to fix it. The dryer didn't work which means we couldn't dry our laundry. Just not satisfied with the property and will not rent again especially after pay $600 for what I received

I canā€™t rate this property because I didnā€™t even stay in this property in the end. They changed property and the house the house that was given was dirty and needs a little fixing. It had mold carpets was stained, no soap or Garbage bags, i had to buy cleaning supplies, also the AC of the property wasnā€™t working the first night and we had to buy 3 fans in Walmart. The community was pretty but property needs to be fix. The communication was horrible and no number to actually contact with anybody. Response took almost 5 hours.
