Excellent place to stay with a family. Beware of resort and parking fees however caught me off guard. The play rooms only take cards not cash. they dont take cash at the desk for check in, The food at the Tiki Bar by the pool is average not worth the prices and drinks. Would 100% book this property again. At arrival, the staff was so friendly. They even gave my daughter a goodie bag and the dog even got a doggie bag! The text system was so helpful and appreciated as I was able to extend my stay and get answers right from the pool area! The property is very clean. The arcade & movie room are awesome amenities for the kids. Pool is also great. Zero complaints. Great place for a great price!

Very close to Disney with great access to get there. Overall a nice hotel with an excellent staff. Rooms could use some updating (shower curtains (tub shower) did not contain all the water and some would always get on the floor. Tiles and rugs looked like they could use replacing, but overall it was as expected.

The room was spacious and clean. Traveling with three kids, so the bunk beds were a must. After a long day at the water park, the laundry self service was very helpful for our suits and towels. The front desk was very friendly and wonderful. And alot food options in the area.

We keep coming back every year and every year it gets better. Rockos tiki bar staff is always on point. I do wish there would be laundry facilities on each floor. The property is pretty big and lugging laundry to different floors with long hallways is exhausting

The room themselves were clean and comfortable. The AC worked great, which is important to our family. As you enter the hallways from outside there is an odor that is very “off-putting “ as a first impression and ongoing feeling each time you enter the common area. We did not have hot water for the majority of the stay. Overall, honestly, not horrible just some things that could have made it a great stay rather than a stay that just “worked”.
