Great staff all of them are very helpful and friendly. Love the several options at the breakfast even they spoiled my daughter by bringing her some fried eggs. Carmen, Armando and Araceli are the best, they are attentive and always willing to satisfy anything that we needed. Rooms seemed to be renovated yet ok, nothing extraordinary yet clean.

Overall, a great experience. We had an issue with our tub not draining, and the staff took care of it as soon as we reported it. The shuttle to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden fee after hidden fee. I was told parking was only 100 dollars total, when I went to check out the front desk said I owed another 100 dollars. Breakfast was not included with "my package". The inly good thing was the bed. I won't ever stay there again

The staff was wonderful & very helpful. I really enjoyed the location. It's near Sea World, Downtown Disney and close enough to Universal areas. Walkable area for nice walks and good food spots to walk too. The 4th floor smells musty and feels damp. The room was the same way by the second day and the tub holds water while taking a shower. The king room was really spacious and nice. However, the smell was very unacceptable.

My family stayed at this hotel for the weekend while visiting Epic Universe and EPCOT, and the location was perfect for both. I had never stayed here before, but I would definitely stay again in the future. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

We had a small trip to Disney 2 days. We stayed here and I will say from my personal experience the staff was and service was some of the best I have ever had. First i called because I wasn't able to check in before 11pm and Asif at the front desk took care of everything for me and when I did check in late offered two complimentary drinks at the Bar. When I did finally make it to the Bar I ordered some food not knowing the Bar restaurant was closed and the Chef(we did not get his name) came out and made wings and chicken quesadillas for my family after hours. The staff really made accommodations for us even after late night check in and after hours. We definitely recommend this hotel. Great Location. Affordable. Staff was Excellent!

Nice hotel and perfect for a solo trip. Good pool with slide and lounge chairs. The food at the restaurant/bar is delicious. The only thing is they don’t open until 5pm. You can’t get lunch or any type of drink from the bar until 5pm. They do offer breakfast for an additional fee. There is a small convenience store area that has items such as chips, ramen, sandwich, wrap, chicken Caesar salad, beer, wine, water, soda, juice. The staff are all very kind and helpful. It’s a good location and the property is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room was serviced everyday if needed. Coffee is available all day as well as water with lemon at a serve station. Overall it was a great stay and I would return if traveling solo.
