"The place is falling apart, the walls were filthy, ceiling falling in, and there was a bug in my bed- I squished it to see what it was and called staff. They said not to worry about it- it’s a fly. I felt scared and did not want to stay. The area is shady- parking lot a disaster, pool is closed restaurant is closed with staff squatting in dirty shambles. And to top it off- at check in the credit card machine did not work so he took my card and did a manual entry on his computer- woke up 5 days later to credit card alerts for massive fraud on my card- from Quebec- never been there! Do not stay there, stop there or send anyone you care about there. It is rundown and run by shady fraudsters. "

"Two night stay The good … The rooms are updated and beds comfortable, bathrooms are tiny but ok but could do with regulating the temperature a bit in the water! The air con works! I got a voucher for one breakfast at Ricky’s next door I didn’t use it. Now the biggest reason I won’t stay here again is the noise! You can hear every word from the room next door. First night the next door room came back quite late, I was woken up. They weren’t rowdy just loud. And the walls are so thin you may as well be sharing a room. The other side of my room was shared with the storage room, the whole wall shook every time the door slammed which was often and started at around 7am. This motel is cheap and if it weren’t for the noise it’d feel like value for money. However no matter how cheap somewhere is it feels like money down the drain when you’re exhausted from not sleeping. "

"Overpriced hotel for what you get. Rooms were clean but outdated, and you could hear doors closing and people in the hall way. Pool was a basic pool. No breakfast included. Prices should be lowered to match the hotel aesthetics and amenities. Sandman beside the hotel was priced at a better price point with same amenities and updated rooms."

"Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!"

"The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of Kelowna, Pool was large with a big deep end. Poolside service available. Great for kids or couples. Really appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade!"
