"Our stay was ok, breakfast was pretty good. Our suite was comfortable and clean. Our big complaint was the hot tub, it was not hot the jets didn’t work and it was filthy dirty. I couldn’t even get in it fully. Very dissatisfying. And there was a kids lacrosse thing going on in Kelowna that weekend so the hotel was busy with lots of children. I wish the staff would of told me that when I called to ask questions "

"We stayed in a Family suite and the wall where our headboards were against was so dusty that my kids wrote their names on it. "

"It was good. Room was clean and quiet. Bit of a problem checking out. No one was around when I left early in the morning and there was nowhere to leave the key. I left a message that I would be back later to check out and was charged for not leaving the key. A bit of confusion there, but I have checked my visa statement and that charge has been returned."

"We were very happy to find the Oasis Inn! The property was in pristine condition, the room was clean and the outdoor pool was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating - we are looking forward to returning."

"Hotel is situated near a large trucking facility that has deliveries all night. Back up alarms, crashing of loading bays and offloading materials make for a disturbing night."

"The place is falling apart, the walls were filthy, ceiling falling in, and there was a bug in my bed- I squished it to see what it was and called staff. They said not to worry about it- it’s a fly. I felt scared and did not want to stay. The area is shady- parking lot a disaster, pool is closed restaurant is closed with staff squatting in dirty shambles. And to top it off- at check in the credit card machine did not work so he took my card and did a manual entry on his computer- woke up 5 days later to credit card alerts for massive fraud on my card- from Quebec- never been there! Do not stay there, stop there or send anyone you care about there. It is rundown and run by shady fraudsters. "

"Two night stay The good … The rooms are updated and beds comfortable, bathrooms are tiny but ok but could do with regulating the temperature a bit in the water! The air con works! I got a voucher for one breakfast at Ricky’s next door I didn’t use it. Now the biggest reason I won’t stay here again is the noise! You can hear every word from the room next door. First night the next door room came back quite late, I was woken up. They weren’t rowdy just loud. And the walls are so thin you may as well be sharing a room. The other side of my room was shared with the storage room, the whole wall shook every time the door slammed which was often and started at around 7am. This motel is cheap and if it weren’t for the noise it’d feel like value for money. However no matter how cheap somewhere is it feels like money down the drain when you’re exhausted from not sleeping. "
