The hotel was just ok. Although it was located in convenient location it had quite a few missteps. Access to the room required an elevator ride one floor and then an exit to the outside, through the pool area and up 2 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and unexpected. Parking was available for a fee but the logistics for getting into the garage were unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

Room was big and bed was comfortable, however we were given a room on 3 rd floor with no elevator only circular tower stairs, very odd. The woman at check in was very flustered and didn't mention this to us, did not offer help with luggage up 3 flights of awkward stairs. Luckily my husband and I are in good shape..

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, the sheets were fresh and the staff was very helpful! The only thing is that room service didn't come back later when we were asleep so they did not clean the room, even when we phoned the reception.

L’hébergement était très bien situé dans Orange pour pouvoir visiter la ville à pied. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante pour le nombre de personnes. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon, en revanche il manquait du personnel pour remplacer ce qui est vide.

Un excellent Hôtel à 2 pas du théâtre antique
Les chambres de cet hôtel était trés spacieuses, confortables et agréablement décorées. Le petit déjeuner au calme sur la place, sous les arbres était parfait. La salle de bain était très grande et bien fournies en produits de toilette l'Occitane (quel plaisir !). Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil que nous a réservé le personnel qui était aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande vivement le Grand Hôtel d'Orange pour un court passage lors d'un concert au théatre antique ou pour un séjour plus long. Les tarifs sont très honnêtes pour cette qualité de service.

Très bon emplacement, dans le coeur historique de la ville. Nous avions une chambre triple. Le canapé lit est très bien. Personnel très agréable. Parking privé couvert à 100 m. Compter 17€ / jour. On accède facilement à l'hôtel. Bon, le terme piscine n'est pas le plus adapté. On dira piscinette. Mais bien pour se rafraichir. Ne pas oublier que l'hôtel est en centre ville. On reviendra

Bel endroit au centre-ville
Bel hôtel bien situé au centre ville. Personnels tres accueillant. Déco de la chambre et literie au top, seul bemol le papier peint qui se décolle et odeur d humidite malgré avoir aerer la chambre un long moment... Mais cela n a pas derange nôtre sejours qui a ete tres bien...

Difficile de faire mieux !
Excellent hôtel, très calme car idéalement placé dans le centre historique d'Orange, sur une petite place réservée aux pietons. La terrasse ombragée est agréable, pour prendre un verre ou son petit déjeuner. Nous avions une chambre joliment décorée avec une salle de bain immense. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel serviable. Il dispose d'un parking payant à proximité ,qu'il est fortement conseillé de réserver à l'avance.

We should have stayed longer
We only stayed one night and didn’t eat dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk into town from the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of everything. Sorry we didn’t stay longer.

This is a really good property that needs minor adjustments to make it great. The room is large and comfortable, but it needs a couple of extra electric sockets, a larger safe and a laptop space with a small desk and a chair in front of it. The location is perfect. You can't be more central and still be as quiet. Service is excellent and responsive.

Nice hotel but….
Good hotel we’ll located. Staff helpful. However, don’t rely on getting parking. They only have 14 spaces-we had to use street parking. Not all rooms have lift access. Ours was a walk past the pool & climb two flights of windy stairs.
