"Just returned from our stay at Casa Vitae Suites. I’d booked a twin room but we were put in a double room. With no twin rooms available, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was comfortable enough but a bed would’ve been better. The hotel was peaceful & very clean & breakfast was sufficient. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beachfront in Kamari & also to the nearest shop, which is not too far but if you’re not used to the heat a 30 minute round trip can be quite a challenge. "Great place to stay. About a 15 min walk to kamari besch, easy access to everything else - 15/20 minutes bus ride to fira, 45 minutes to an hour to Oia by bus, about 30 by car or taxi. Place is quiet, clean, amazing service, owners are welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is Ok but not great.

"Hotel poolside and all areas are immaculately well kept. The staff down to the cleaners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely plentiful with lots of different choices of local and continental foods. The rooms were a very good size with really good showers..the views of the pool and sea in the backround from ours was amazing. The Rivari is set in a very quiet relaxing location it is only a 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and kamari beach. This is rated a 3 star but it exceeds many 4 star places. If you're looking for a calm place to relax i highly recommend the Rivari. I dont often say i'd return to the same place but if i went back to santorini this would be high on my list. This is real Greek hospitality at its best."
