"The admin is excellent, helpful and kind. The location is convenient for me specifically who rather check different spots instead of only the heavily commercialized. The only downside is beyond anyone’s because I was with a female friend and everywhere you add 2 is not always couples, so ;("

"Air conditioner didn’t work. It leaked all night not able to have a restful sleep. The room was hot and musty. Specially after traveling for so long. Reported to staff. All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great."

The host is very helpful. The way the rooms are designed, it feels very private and you can’t hear others. We loved the restaurant and bar nearby. It’s also easy to get a private transfer to get around for 20-30 Euros or you can walk 10 minutes into Mesaria to take the bus into Fira for 2,20 Euros. She owns a few cats...

"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. While the hotel is not in the thick of activity, there are many beautiful views, peaceful mornings and evenings, and it is easily accessible to all areas of the island by car with some walkable. "We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. "Petit Palace is the best place for our honeymoon trip. The hotel near Fira Downtown 15-20 mins for walking or get shutter bus service only 5 mins. "Pool was not heated and no options for addl water and snacks on premises. Breakfast is provided which is ok. This place good for an overnight 2 the most , can’t walk to anywhere need to take taxi to town anywhere $20-$30 euro each way - or private transfer for $55. It’s different as in the caves but that’s it."
