All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s away from the main tourist area and very quiet and peaceful. The view especially at sunrise is incredible. Everything was beautiful and clean. The host is very helpful. The way the rooms are designed, it feels very private and you can’t hear others. We loved the restaurant and bar nearby. It’s also easy to get a private transfer to get around for 20-30 Euros or you can walk 10 minutes into Mesaria to take the bus into Fira for 2,20 Euros. She owns a few cats...

"Staff were all lovely and really pleasant and helpful, room was cleaned every day and was immaculate, should you wish to you could have eaten your dinner off the floor it was so well cleaned! We stayed in the modern luxury suite which was fab, staff were being helpful and considerate even before arrival, with good communication ahead of leaving the U.K I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a base to stay while discovering the Island of Santorini. "We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"Everyone at the property was extremely welcoming and kind. The front reception lady was willing to help at all times to ensure we got the best experience at the island. The room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping daily. We were not able to connect to the WiFi unless we were near the front of the property or outside of our room. Centrally located. Near a market and the bus stop."

"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great. Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"The properly in quite location, super clean, there is a outdoor jacuzzi on the root top - You can able to view the ocean from the root top. Every morning, the host bring a warm and delicious breakfast to your room. Feel like home."

We travelled with two children and the villa had plenty of space host was accommodating and communication via WhatsApp was great. Breakfast was generous and delivered fresh and hot. Overall great spot and large villa perfect for a family. To be extremely picky the downstairs aircon location is no ideal and doesn’t cool the whole bedroom. "

"Great place to enjoy a few days in Santorini. Not in the madness of the main caldera viewing spots, but still glorious sea views and very convenient for shops, restaurants and the airport. Absolutely excellent value for such a tidy and well-equipped place."

"Petit Palace is the best place for our honeymoon trip. The hotel near Fira Downtown 15-20 mins for walking or get shutter bus service only 5 mins.
