"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff on site at all, and the room keys were simply left at the front desk for guests to take themselves, which felt extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I also developed multiple very itchy bites after staying here, and I strongly suspect they may have come from the bed. Given the condition of the lodge, I am concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the sleeping area. This was not an acceptable experience."
